My legal self education has now brought me to a "Writ of Mandamus" which is basically a higher court ordering a lower court to follow the law. It is considered extrodinary releif, and is only granted about 10% of the number of petitions submitted.
The United States District Court denied my appeal in late August of 2008. I appealled to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Past experience has taught me that this is an 18 to 24 month process.
Chase will win with their strategy of attrition at this rate, which brought me to this consider filing this extrodinary petition for releif. This has been going on since the summer of 2002, when my home of twenty six years was unlawfully sold.
